Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rida! If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:

Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Returns: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it promptly at no extra cost to you.
